RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
To initiate a return or an exchange, please contact us first by email at info@getposhley.com. If eligible for a return or exchange, we will provide you with the shipping address where the items must be returned and inspected.
DAMAGES AND PRODUCT ISSUES
Please check your item(s) upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item arrived defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can help make it right.
RETURN POLICY
To qualify, item(s) must be returned within 30 days after delivery.
Item(s) must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping postage. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt and tracking number for your records.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed.
If your return has been accepted, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
